- How do
businesses participate?
- Purchase a booth
for $50.00 to showcase their business/products
- Provide business
literature for $15.00 only for the networking table
i.
The business will provide the Chamber with marketing materials
about their company and offer an incentive to have residents walk in their
doors on that day or a day in the same week. These materials will be on
display at the time of the Business Expo at the networking table
ii.
If Option B is chosen, please email the details of what you plan to
offer as an incentive to erccwebguy@aol.com so that we may post this in
all Chamber advertisements about the Business Expo

it cost to participate if Option A is selected?
- $50.00
- How much does
it cost to participate if Option B is selected?
- $15.00
- What does the
$50.00 include?
- Booth space with
table, chair and linen
- Advertisements
announcing the event in the following medias:
i.
Chamber web-site
ii.
Boulevard Sentinel
iii.
Mailer to 90041 zip code
iv.
Banner on Colorado Blvd during the week leading up to the event
v.
Internal Company email announcements i.e. Glendale Adventist has an
email system that reaches up to 3,000 employees, plus more employees at
White Memorial in Boyle Heights
- What if a
business needs electricity at their booth?
- No problem, that
can be provided for an additional $10.00
- Can small
businesses purchase a booth together?
- Yes
- Can businesses
sell their merchandise or products?
- Yes
- How can
restaurant businesses participate?
- Provide a tray
of food for free in the tables located outside showcasing a ‘Taste of
Eagle Rock.” Restaurant businesses pay with food samples in lieu of
the $50.00 fee for booth space
- Other details:
- The Chamber will
sell raffle tickets
- The Chamber will
sell tickets for purchasing beverages and alcohol
- The booths will
be set-up inside the Women’s Club
- Tents will also
be set-up outside for the restaurant vendors
