Eagle Rock gets another unique classy restaurant. Our newest
addition to our fine eateries to open is "The Lemon Grass", owned and
operated by Ray & Jennifer
Nguyen.
It has taken a long, hard two years to pull it together, the
Nguyens are excited, and for us, well, it was worth the wait! Walk
into the Lemon Grass and you are transported to another country --
Viet Nam.
In a relaxed atmosphere you can not only taste and savor the
special recipes, you can also enjoy the original pen & ink art work of
noted places in Ray & Jennifer's homeland. The color scheme itself is
very relaxing with sage walls and jade green and black marble tables,
counter and side bar eating area.
The restaurant can accommodate 48 comfortably in the dining area
and has a private room for a special get together or outside dining
where three tables are available. The Restaurant operations are 11:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday to Monday -- closed Tuesday.
Welcome Ray & Jennifer with a visit and select from a menu of beef
soup, shrimp paste noodles and vegetable dish or the delectable Pork
Chops over rice. The Lemon Grass also features a pork sandwich and
Jennifer's special chicken salad sandwich.
