Opened in 2006 the Xtreme Training Center (XTC) is one of the most modern Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) academies worldwide. Located in Eagle Rock, California, just 10 miles north of Los Angeles, it was designed and is operated by Fabiano Iha, whose continued domination in MMA rings worldwide and his seven MMA world title belts have earned him the name "King of Armbar".

Fabiano Iha has assembled a team of world class Mixed Martial Arts figthers as professional trainers for all ages and levels. Classes are offered for Iha Jiu-Jitsu, Fabiano Iha's school of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as Submission Grappling and other Mixed Martial Arts styles. Seminars for specialized gender specific self defense, bodyguard, power exercise and yoga as also available.
